The Fine Print (Let's Keep It 100%)

Welcome to the fine print! I believe in being totally authentic and transparent with my tribe. There is no need for confusing legal jargon here. Below is exactly how we handle your data, protect your privacy, and operate our coaching space together.

1. Your Privacy & Your Data
Comments & Community

When you leave a comment on the blog to share your thoughts or your wins, we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus your IP address and browser info. Why? To keep the spam bots out of our space! An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it (their privacy policy is here: https://automattic.com/privacy/). Once approved, your profile picture is visible next to your comment.

Media

If you upload or share images on the website, please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). We want you to claim your space, but we also want you to stay safe online. Visitors can technically download and extract location data from website images.

Cookies (The Digital Kind)

If you drop a comment, you can opt-in to saving your name and email in cookies. This is just to make your life easier so you don’t have to fill it out again next time. These last for one year. If you log into an account here, we use temporary cookies to keep the site running smoothly, save your screen choices, and keep you logged in.

Embedded Content from Other Sites

Sometimes I might share a video, article, or resource from another website. Clicking these is just like visiting that other site directly. Those websites might collect data about you, use cookies, or track your interaction, so always be mindful of where you click!

Who We Share Your Data With & Where It Goes

I respect you, and I respect your privacy. I do not sell your data. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service to keep our community clean.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, it stays up indefinitely so we can keep the conversation going without throwing you in a moderation queue every time. If you register on the site, we store the personal info you provide.

Your Power Over Your Data:

You are in control. If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase it. (Note: This does not include data we are legally obligated to keep for administrative or security purposes, because we play by the rules!).

2. Coaching Terms of Service
Confidentiality (The Vault)

What happens in our 1:1 Zoom sessions stays in our Zoom sessions. Your goals, your blocks, and your personal growth are 100% confidential. I provide a safe, authentic space for you to lay new pipes, and your privacy is my top priority.

Commitment & Refunds

Coaching isn’t a magic wand; it’s a team effort. By booking a coaching package, you are committing to your growth. Because of the limited, 1-on-1 nature of this work and the time reserved specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable. We are here to do the work!

Scheduling & Cancellations

Momentum is everything. If you need to reschedule a session, I ask that you respect my time and the time of other clients by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeited session.

Session Expiration

To ensure you don’t stall out on your journey, all coaching packages must be completed within 3 months (90 days) of your purchase date. Don’t leave your growth on the table!

Medical Disclaimer

I am a certified Life Coach (ICF, COMENSA), not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Coaching is designed to help you move forward, build strategies, and claim your space. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or therapy.
